Terms of Service

TMM Trading LLC · Effective: January 1, 2025

1. Services

TMM Trading LLC provides professional sales consulting services including, but not limited to:

Sales Strategy Development — from $1,500 / project
Market Positioning — from $1,200 / project
Customer Acquisition Planning — from $1,000 / project
Sales Process Optimization — from $1,800 / project
Business Growth Consulting — from $2,000 / project
Commercial Performance Analysis — from $900 / audit
Go-To-Market Strategy — from $2,500 / project
Remote Advisory Support — from $750 / month

2. Engagement & Scope

All engagements begin with a scoping call and a written proposal. Work commences only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed deposit. Scope changes must be agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables. Monthly retainers (Remote Advisory Support) are billed at the start of each month.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom deliverables created for their project. TMM Trading retains the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio (without disclosing confidential information) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of Liability

TMM Trading's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice or deliverables.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weld County, Colorado.

Refund Policy

TMM Trading LLC · Effective: January 1, 2025

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of professional consulting services, all fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

2. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your engagement before any work has started (within 48 hours of signing the agreement), you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.

3. After Work Has Commenced

Once a project is underway, deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue the engagement, you will be invoiced for work completed to date at a pro-rated rate based on the agreed project fee.

4. Remote Advisory Support (Monthly Retainer)

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel future months with 14 days' written notice before the next billing date.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer revisions, partial credit toward future services, or another mutually agreed resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details below, including your name, project details, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
